• Exceed client expectations with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, questioning, and offering product knowledge and solutions in collaboration with branch team.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and use of cash devices in line with bank policies.
