JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver attentive, hospitality-focused service in a branch setting. You will greet clients, help with account servicing, and guide customers in using Chase digital tools.

A focus on building trusted relationships and understanding client goals is essential. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations, compliance with policies, and high-quality, personalized experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or equivalent.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy in client interactions.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening of new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs as needed.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet client goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and devices, in compliance with bank policies.
