Job summary

Chase seeks an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality‑driven service and trusted client relationships in a branch setting. You will greet clients, assist with account openings, and guide them through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet financial needs.

You will collaborate with the branch team to ensure accurate, compliant servicing and manage cash assets and branch operations. Exemplary communication and regulatory awareness are required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies.
