You will greet clients, open accounts, educate on the Chase Mobile App and online banking, handle branch operations, and collaborate with the team to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients with clear, polite communication.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices and adhering to policies.
