You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and work with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role emphasizes welcoming service, accurate account servicing, and compliance with banking policies while using Chase Mobile App and ATMs to support client needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance; open new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash handling and cash devices in compliance with bank policies.
