Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality‑driven service and build trusted client relationships in a branch setting. You will showcase the latest banking solutions, educate clients on self‑service tools, and collaborate with team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.

You will greet clients, open and service accounts, handle transactions and cash operations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while representing our brand with warmth

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policy/regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (mobile app, web, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties, per bank policies.
