Qualifications

• Experience in client service or comparable role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming branch environment and greet clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening of new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
