• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM responsibilities, following bank policies.
