Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver outstanding client service in a branch setting. You will greet clients, guide them through the lobby, and help them with everyday banking needs using Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You will open new accounts, handle servicing requests, and collaborate with team members to meet client financial goals while complying with banking regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and use of Chase mobile/app and ATMs.
• Build trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions.
• Support branch operations including cash handling and verifying transactions in line with policies.
