Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience delivering client service is preferred.
• Aptitude for learning banking products and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their needs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team to achieve financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash handling and equipment in line with bank policies.
