Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver outstanding client experiences in our Chase branch. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and educate customers on digital tools such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will build trusted relationships and collaborate with the branch team to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, leveraging technology to streamline checks, transfers, and everyday banking

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in client services or similar roles preferred.
Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver friendly service.
Ability to learn products and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
Open accounts and perform servicing while following policies and regulations.
Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking and self‑service options like mobile app and online banking.
Build trust by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies.
