Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships through active listening and collaboration with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations and cash-related activities in line with bank procedures.
