Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering attentive service and insights into banking solutions. You will greet clients, help them use Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and assist with their financial goals.

In this role you will open new accounts, service existing ones, and collaborate with the branch team to exceed client expectations while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day transactions and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Support branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM activities as needed.
