Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand with hospitality and provide banking solutions through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. You will build trusted client relationships and help them achieve financial goals in a welcoming branch environment.

The role emphasizes attentive service, adherence to policies, and collaboration with the branch team to deliver seamless experiences across products and services.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients, deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and understand client needs.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members.
• Operate branch tasks such as cash devices while following bank procedures.
