Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to provide exceptional hospitality and client service in a branch setting. You will help clients open accounts, explain products, and guide them in using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com. Collaboration with teammates will be essential to meet clients' financial goals.

You will operate within bank policies, handle routine branch operations, and build lasting relationships through attentive service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver attentive service.
• Knowledge of basic banking products and solutions.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following bank policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and understanding client needs.
• Perform branch operations and banking procedures in line with policy.
