Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking, mobile app use, online banking, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties per bank procedures.
