Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality and guidance in our branch, leveraging digital tools to meet client needs and build lasting relationships. You will welcome clients, open accounts, and educate on Chase products while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

You will collaborate with branch teammates to provide seamless service, handle cash operations, and support customers in person and via digital channels to help them achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or equivalent interaction with customers.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies.
• Assist with day-to-day banking and using self-service options like Chase Mobile App.
• Build relationships through attentive listening and product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices following bank procedures.
