Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking options via Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates.
• Assist branch operations including cash handling and ATM activity following procedures.
