Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby using a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with branch teammates to help clients achieve their goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
