Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and educate customers on banking products and digital tools. You will welcome clients, open accounts, and assist with everyday transactions, leveraging Chase Mobile App and ATMs to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes building trusted client relationships, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with banking policies. This is a front-line, customer-facing position in a branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Proven client service experience and a track record of building trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge – collaborate with branch team to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling with devices like cash vaults/ATMs, following all bank policies.
