Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality at the branch, helping clients meet their financial goals using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com. You will greet clients, build trusted relationships, and educate them on banking solutions while ensuring a welcoming, compliant environment.

Collaborate with branch teams to deliver seamless service, manage accounts, and leverage technology for everyday banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and handle cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
