Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients on entry and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and use of self-service tech like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to policies and procedures.
