Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering attentive service and building trusted client relationships at the branch. You will help customers with everyday banking needs, explain products, and guide them in using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to manage their finances.

As part of the Consumer & Community Banking division, you will greet clients, open accounts, comply with policies, and collaborate with team members to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed expectations by opening accounts and handling servicing while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and supporting goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with procedures.
