Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand with hospitality and technology-enabled banking solutions. You will deliver exceptional client experiences and help clients achieve financial goals by sharing knowledge of products and services.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, providing attentive service, and working with branch colleagues to ensure smooth operations and compliant banking practices.

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking them into the waiting queue, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, maintaining accounts, and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash-handling tasks while following bank policies and procedures.
