Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, personalized service and help clients achieve their financial goals. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with account openings, and educate customers on Chase digital tools.

As part of a branch team, you will build trusted relationships, understand client needs, and collaborate to provide seamless service while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services and procedures.
• Strong customer service mindset and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge and solutions.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, while following policies.
