JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional hospitality, build lasting client relationships, and guide customers through banking solutions at a Chase Branch.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, learn products quickly, and help them use technology such as the Chase Mobile App, while working with a team to address financial needs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1+ year sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the service level.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone; ability to tailor product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent service.
• Compliance with risk and regulatory requirements, including training obligations.
• High school diploma or GED; licenses (SIE, Series 6, state registrations, Life) or progress toward them.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in the branch.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Explain products and services and tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and collaborate with experts to address complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
