Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Relationship Banker to represent our brand and culture with hospitality in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and support to address their financial needs.

You will learn products and procedures quickly, comply with risk and regulatory requirements, and leverage technology to enhance the client experience while collaborating with our team of experts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to their needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days through JPMC's licensing program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
