Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch in the United States. You will represent the brand with hospitality, use modern banking technology, and build lasting relationships by understanding clients’ financial needs and offering thoughtful solutions.

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, educate them on digital banking tools, and collaborate with our team to address specialized financial needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
