JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and to leverage digital tools like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist clients. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, applying financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that simplify their lives.

You will educate clients, tailor product recommendations, and collaborate with specialists to address financial needs while adhering to risk and regulatory

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone, to tailor product benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while following risk and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• Licensing requirements include SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in person or over the phone.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and build lasting relationships; tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients about technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs.
• Consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
