Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with welcoming service.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and over the phone.
• Educate clients to use digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
