Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team to help meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and security tasks while adhering to policies and procedures.
