Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while complying with policies and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank policies.
