JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and proactive financial guidance at the branch. You will help clients with everyday transactions, open accounts, and use Chase’s digital tools to enhance banking experiences.

You will work as part of a branch team to build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and effectively learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, adhering to bank policies.
