Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver warm, attentive service and build strong client relationships at a Chase branch. You will leverage Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs to support customers, open new accounts, and handle routine servicing with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
Open accounts and handle servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
Build trusted relationships by listening and asking questions to understand client goals.
Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
