Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, deliver attentive service, and educate customers on banking solutions. In this role you’ll use Chase Mobile, Chase.com features, and ATMs to support clients’ everyday banking needs while building trusted relationships.

You will collaborate with branch teammates to achieve financial goals and ensure compliance with all banking policies and regulatory requirements, contributing to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet and serve clients with hospitality and professionalism.
• Strong ability to learn banking products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, self-service options, Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
