You will greet clients, support account openings and servicing, educate customers on Chase digital tools, and partner with the branch team to provide seamless, trusted experiences that strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to quickly and effectively learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver attentive service to create a welcoming environment.
• Open accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while complying with bank policies.
