Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and guiding them through the lobby and meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge in collaboration with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in compliance with bank policies.
