Responsibilities

• Provide account servicing and new account openings while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge, collaborating with branch teammates.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling while complying with bank policies and procedures.
