Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and tech options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and handle cash devices in accordance with bank policies.
