Qualifications

• Experience in client service or similar roles.
• Ability to learn products, procedures, and bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open accounts and perform maintenance while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
