You will work with a team to meet branch goals, follow all policies, and help clients achieve their financial objectives while leveraging modern financial technology.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with using banking technology and self-service options.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Attention to detail in handling client requests and transactions.
• Compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts per policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening and thoughtful questions, collaborating with team.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while following bank procedures.
