Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge and solutions with branch team.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
