Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to provide integrated support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities within client offices. This non-exempt role covers multiple client sites in a defined geographic market, requiring flexibility and strong customer service skills.

The position includes travel to West Palm Beach about 25 times per year, with mileage reimbursed at the federal rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer services experience.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Professionalism and tact in issue resolution.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. or more and handle packages up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: meter, sort, and distribute mail and accountable packages per schedule.
• Copy Services: produce copy, print, and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality Services: manage conference rooms, kitchens, and stock supplies; maintain inventory.
• Floor Coordination: upkeep copy rooms and general supplies; deliver paper and basic maintenance.
• Facilities Services: assist with small moves and communicate with client contacts about building concerns.
• Flexibility to cover varying shifts and locations; travel to West Palm Beach ~25 times/year at federal mileage rate.
