Job summary

Irth Solutions in the United States seeks a full-time Pipeline Integrity Engineer to oversee client implementations from Pilot Programs through deployment and ongoing success. You will train users, manage projects, and drive customer satisfaction using Irth's integrity software.

Role involves building strong client relationships, coaching customers on best practices, and coordinating with product teams. Travel across North America and internationally may be required, with a hybrid Columbus-based

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in the midstream/transmission pipeline industry.
• Deep understanding of Z662/ASME and other industry guidance.
• Experience analyzing pipeline integrity data.
• Experience with pipeline integrity software and technology.
• Willingness to travel North America and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Understand Irth - Asset Integrity for Pipelines products to implement, configure, and train new users.
• Project management of deliverables, KPIs and budgets.
• Coach customers to identify threats and achieve business goals using the software.
• Suggest ways to address regulatory data collection and analysis needs.
• Provide customer insights to product development and solicit enhancement requests.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support adoption and expansion.
• Communicate effectively across product, engineering and client teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison for business opportunities with responsible clients.
