Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all facets of the customer experience and the post-sale vendor relationship through final installation. The role involves evaluating job sites, ensuring compliance, coordinating materials, and negotiating terms directly with customers to implement the agreed plan.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in construction management with strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus a professional demeanor and a drive for growth

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate all aspects of the site/project to determine scope and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and changes to scope.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to avoid issues with custom-ordered products.
• Confirm that the work plan is defined and negotiate terms with customers as needed.
• Select and manage procurement of all materials for the job.
• Ensure licensing, permitting, and HOA compliance, and coordinate with government agencies for permits.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and travel between sites as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
