Job summary

Valeris in Colorado Springs seeks a skilled Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, overseeing program execution, account management, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure deliveries are on time, within scope and budget while maintaining excellent client service.

This role requires strong communication, experience in project/program management, and healthcare/pharma domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in business, accounting, marketing or healthcare/pharma preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program maintenance and updates; ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope and budget.
• Monitor funding and billing for accounts; track claims and LOE forms; manage SNOW tickets.
• Lead weekly touchpoints with clients; document decisions and action items; circulate meeting minutes.
