Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the main client contact and drive program execution across brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor budgets, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with strong client service.

You’ll develop therapeutic area expertise, manage vendor relationships, and provide data-driven guidance to maximize program performance while maintaining governance and reporting discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/healthcare-related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Graduate degree preferred for advanced roles.
• PMP certification is a plus and preferred for PM leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client relationship manager and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Monitor program budgets, invoicing, and financials across accounts.
• Prepare accruals and support quarterly business reviews (QBR).
• Maintain program trackers and dashboards for client visibility and governance.
