Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary client liaison, driving program execution, financial oversight, and business analysis across brands. • Program maintenance and updates to support launches and rule changes within timelines.
• Monitor funding for VPC accounts daily to ensure POs are funded for billing.
• Review approved claims and tickets to prevent stalled claims.
• Update trackers including ServiceNow tickets and LOE scoping forms.
• Oversee escalation ticket approvals.
• Lead weekly client meetings with clear agendas and minutes.
• Maintain a centralized weekly tracker for decisions, owners and due dates.
• Prepare and share weekly insights and updates to leadership.
