Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, driving program execution and financial oversight across assigned brands. You will interact with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service.

The role requires building deep expertise in therapeutic areas and leveraging data to optimize program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree and/or PMP preferred.
• Three to four years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within a collaborative team.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client relationship manager and accountable for program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage weekly touchpoints, meeting minutes, and action items with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs, budget, claims, enrollments, and performance; identify anomalies and suggest actions.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
