Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, driving program execution, account management, and financial oversight across assigned brands. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have program management experience overseeing multi‑milestone projects.
• Strong client relationship and account management skills required.
• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and financial oversight for programs.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and advise clients.
• Demonstrated cross‑functional leadership across internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update ongoing programs and launches within timelines.
• Monitor funding for POs and billing accuracy across accounts.
• Review claims/workflow and ensure timely processing and escalation where needed.
• Update trackers and tickets (ServiceNow) for audit readiness and accuracy.
• Oversee and track escalations to closure in a timely manner.
